Spanish Courses in GRANADA (Spain)

Granada, in the south of Spain, has captivated poets, musicians, and travellers from all over the world with its unique mixture of Arabic and Christian architecture, its light and its contrasts. History has left many interesting marks on the city today. Now 290,000 people, 50,000 of whom are university students, inhabit Granada and add to the special atmosphere which surrounds its cultural life. We enjoy a terrific location, only 60 kilometres from the Mediterranean Sea yet at the very foot of the Sierra Nevada Mountains, where the ski season runs from November to the end of April.
The climate has dramatic contrasts and very little rain, almost never from June to September. So people here enjoy a very active social lifestyle in the bars and in the streets. In short, Granada offers a lot to choose from: culture, history, art, warm climate, performances, cinema, night life, sports, sea, beaches, snow, nature, street life, tapas (free food with all drinks), sun, noise, trips, parties, rain, relaxation, festivals of classical music, of dance, theatre, rock, jazz, tango, and flamenco, craftsmanship, leisure activities, handmade flamenco guitars, wine, restaurants, whatever you want . . . and more!

Students will learn the choreography of a particular type of flamenco rhythm (there will be a change of choreography and possibly teacher every two weeks).
